&lt;p&gt;We’re looking for a &lt;strong&gt;Senior CRM Executive&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;who is agile, curious, solution oriented and committed to detail and accuracy to join our CRM team within Marketing. &lt;p&gt;The position is full time, based in either our London or Stockholm office.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What you will do&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In this role, you will play a pivotal role in executing our CRM activities across multiple markets, crafting compelling multi-channel communications using Braze, while also coordinating and supporting projects in various business areas.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Core responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Play a key role in the execution of our CRM strategy across multiple markets&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Plan, build and deliver multi-channel communications (emails, push notifications and in-app messages) using our CRM tool Braze&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fully own our weekly newsletter, including planning and coordinating content with the copywriter and SEO team, building and launching it, monitoring performance and driving improvements&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Actively drive and support the planning and delivery of our ongoing test-and-learn strategy&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be involved in and coordinate a variety of projects with different business areas&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage reports and monitor campaign performance&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work with Braze and our Martech team to grow our data points within Braze, allowing us to fully leverage the tool and drive initiatives across various user touchpoints&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist in quality assurance for our CRM campaigns&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;You will also:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Challenge current ways of working to improve performance and increase efficiencies&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Play an active role in knowledge sharing between our markets&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support the CRM Lead in monitoring tests and performance using our business intelligence tool&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;li&gt;2-3 years of relevant experience working in CRM, building campaigns and automations (Braze is an advantage)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good understanding of email and push marketing, crm metrics, performance management and testing&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Can do attitude with a high attention to detail&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Organised, able to multitask, meet deadlines and adapt to changing environments&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A passion for making marketing communications as relevant to customers as possible, communicating clearly and effectively with consistency&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Team player with strong communication skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fluency in Swedish or French is highly beneficial&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
