Where do Kry have clinics?

You book a doctor's appointment in the Kry app on your mobile, tablet or web. Answer the questions and choose a time that suits you. Payment is made in the Kry app. 

If you need to change or cancel the appointment, you can call Kry Support at[23 65 34 30](tel:+4723653430).

Please note that we have a 3 hour cancellation deadline.

How do I book and pay for the appointment at the clinic?

If you have the opportunity to get a physical appointment at a clinic in Oslo, the doctor can set up an appointment for you at the clinic. 

Patients who are self-paying ([not insurance patients](https://www.kry.no/en/insurance/))will receive a discount code so that the total expense corresponding to a physical consultation.

What happens if I have a digital video call and am asked to go to Kry clinic instead?

You must book an appointment in the Kry app before you arrive at the clinic. You can easily see the available times in the app.

Can I show up at the clinic without an appointment?

The medical record note will not automatically be available to the GP. If you wish, the doctor forwards the note to the GP. 

In some cases where the doctor deems it necessary, the GP can be informed without the patient's consent.

Booking an appointment through the Kry app requires login with BankID. If you do not have a BankID, Kry Support can set up an appointment for you.

Do I need a BankID to book a doctor's appointment with you?

Yes, you can talk to us wherever in the world you are. All you need is a good internet connection and BankID for doctor consultations.

Kry doctors can prescribe EU prescriptions, according to the regulations. Please note that some pharmacies may reject prescriptions despite a valid prescription in accordance with the EU directive.

Can I use Kry abroad?

Your health information is stored in an electronic medical record system called PatientSky. We are obliged to keep this information and it can not be deleted. 

Only people who work in Krys services in Norway have access to the information, and only entries will be made in your journal of people who will provide you with health care, administer this health care or do quality checks of the health care. 

All logins in your records are logged by the system, and we do regular log checks to check that those who look up the records have a legitimate reason to do so.

No Unfortunately. Kry is a private health actor and is not under public agreement.
