At Kry VIA there is no need for referral, short waiting times and you can get follow-up if needed.
Sometimes life can feel challenging. If you are going through a period that affects your sleep, relationships, work and general well-being, you may want to seek help to get advice on how to feel better.
At our newly opened Kry VIA in Vika you can talk to a psychologist face to face. We also offer video appointments if you prefer that.
- Phone time at 09.00-16.00
My focus is to help you achieve a meaningful and good life. In a conversation with me, you meet a caring and warm psychologist who is keen to see you all. I believe in openness and in engaging you to take part in your own treatment. It is important for me to adapt and tailor the treatment and conversation based on your needs.
I have experience in helping those who carry on difficult life events that can be challenging to reconcile with. In addition, I have experience in helping with thoughts of worry, anxiety in social settings and general nervousness. I have also helped patients who have relational challenges to themselves and others.
I have extensive experience from mental health care and with the treatment of people of all ages, especially adults. I have a degree in psychology from Tromsø and Budapest.
Soon you will also be able to book other psychologists at Kry VIA.
