&lt;p&gt;We’re looking for a &lt;strong&gt;CRM Executive&lt;/strong&gt; to join our growing CRM team and play an important role supporting all CRM activities across our markets including Sweden, France, the UK and Norway.&amp;nbsp;This is a very exciting opportunity to be hands on, learn and grow your skills and knowledge of CRM marketing.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;What You Will Do&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Core Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support with the smooth running of varied CRM activities across markets&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate and work closely with the copywriters in each market&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Plan, build and deliver multi-channel communications (emails, push notifications and in-app messages) using our CRM tool Braze&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist with the newsletter, including planning and coordinating content with the copywriter and SEO team, building and launching it, monitoring performance and driving improvements&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor campaign performance and manage reporting&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support the planning and delivery of our ongoing test-and-learn strategy&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be involved in a variety of projects within different business areas&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work with Braze and our Martech team to grow our data points within Braze, allowing us to fully leverage the tool and drive initiatives across various user touchpoints&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist in quality assurance for our CRM campaigns&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;Who You Are&lt;/h3&gt;

The ideal candidate will bring an enthusiastic &quot;can-do&quot; spirit to the team, pay close attention to details, communicate effectively, and thrive as a collaborative team player.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are looking for someone with:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;At least 1 year of relevant CRM experience, preferably in B2C (Braze is an advantage)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A good understanding of email and push marketing, CRM metrics, performance management and testing&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Can do attitude with a high attention to detail&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A passion for making marketing communications as relevant to patients as possible, communicating clearly and effectively with consistency&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Team player with strong communication skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience working in direct campaign set-up and management in a CRM tool&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Keen to challenge current ways of working to improve performance and increase efficiencies&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fluent in English - Swedish and/or French is an advantage&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The position is full time, based in our Stockholm office.&lt;/li&gt;
