Get to know Lina

Background and Education
I am a clinical psychologist specialist with extensive experience in trauma treatment and EMDR. I have broad experience supporting people who have experienced difficult or overwhelming events, and I am committed to creating a safe space for processing and growth.

In addition to being a clinical psychologist specialist, I am certified as a Conscious Parenting and Lifestyle Coach through Dr. Shefali Tsabary. This education is based on the principles of conscious parenting and holistic life guidance, with a focus on self-awareness, relational safety, and emotional balance.

I have an approachable, warm, and safe therapeutic style. My focus is on understanding what is happening within you right now and what you need in order to move forward. I aim to help you see the connections between past experiences and the reactions and patterns you may notice in yourself today as you face the challenges in your life.
