Download the KRY app
Download the app and securely log in with Bank ID. Describe your symptoms and answer some questions. You are also able to upload images of your symptoms if applicable. Thereafter you can book your appointment.
Book an appointment
Book a meeting and when it's your turn the doctor calls you directly in the app to start the video chat. You do not need to have the app open during your wait - we will remind you via SMS a short time beforehand.
The doctor calls you
You have up to 15 minutes of time with the doctor, just like in a regular doctor's visit. The doctor keeps a medical record of the visit as usual. Sensitive information about your visit is not stored directly in Krys system and the video chat is encrypted. If the doctor decides that you need a prescription, referral or doctor's note (only for students) it will be sent to you immediately after the meeting is finished.
