Home test for chlamydia

1. Download Kry app and log in with BankID. C
2. hoose "Home test for chlamydia" in the app, answer a few questions and order the test.
3. The test arrives in your mailbox in anonymous packaging. Take the test and send it to analysis - you will get instructions on how to do this in the test kit.
4. You will receive your test result in your inbox in the app. Follow up and treatment is included if your test result is positive.

You should get tested for chlamydia if:

• You have symptoms
• You have had unprotected sex with a new partner

You must get tested for chlamydia if:

• You have had unprotected sex with a partner who has been diagnosed with chlamydia

If you have been exposed to chlamydia, it can take up to 14 days for any symptoms to appear and for it to be detectable by a test. Therefore, we recommend taking the test no earlier than two weeks after your last instance of unprotected sex.

The test arrives in your mailbox in anonymous packagning after 1-2 weeks.

You send the test for analysis in the envelope that comes with the package. It is prepaid, which means you do not need to buy a stamp or pay for the shipping. You can drop it off at a Post i Butikk location or at the post office.

You will receive your test result in a message in your inbox in the Kry app 1-2 weeks after you sent the test to analysis.

If your test result is positive, follow up and treatment is included in the price you paid when you ordered.

If your test was negative and you're still experiencing symptoms, there might be another cause than chlamydia or gonorrhea. We recommned you seek physical healthcare.

If you have not received the package within 2 weeks, please contact Kry Support at support@kry.no. Make sure your mailbox is labeled with your name.
