Where to find us

Kry Psychology is located at Hoffsveien 92, just a one-minute walk from Smestadkrysset in Oslo and right next to the metro station.

The clinic is located at Hoffsveien 92, a one-minute walk from Smestadkrysset in Oslo, on the southwest side of the intersection and right next to the subway station. The building is marked with “Kry,” and there is a pharmacy next door.

At the entrance, you will find a digital doorbell. Select “Kry” on the doorbell and look for the psychologist’s name to gain access. The waiting room is open, but the main door cannot be unlocked more than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, as the psychologist may be busy with other patients.

Subway: Lines 2 (Østerås–Ellingsrudåsen) and 3 (Kolsås–Mortensrud) stop at Smestad station. Kry Psychology is just a one-minute walk from the station.

Bus: Bus 23 (Lysaker–Simensbråten), Bus 24 (Fornebu–Brynseng), Bus 28 (Fornebu–Helsfyr), Bus 31 (Snarøya–Grorud T), Bus 40 (Fornebu–Økern), and Bus 45 (Voksen skog–Majorstuen) all have stops near Smestadkrysset, such as Smestad, Bernhard Herres vei, Heggeli, and Makrellbekken. For updated schedules and detailed information on stops, we recommend using Ruter's journey planner.

Parking: We have three designated parking spaces outside the building marked "Kry" that can be used if available. Otherwise, there are good opportunities for street parking in the area between Smestad and Borgen.
