How it works
Select a time slot in the calendar.
Fill in the required information.
Pay at the end of the booking. If you book less than three hours before the appointment, you will not receive a refund if you cancel.
Arrive at the clinic at your booked time, remember ID.
Your test result will be available at helsenorge.no within 60 minutes. You will receive your medical certificate in the app or by e-mail when the test result is ready.

- If you should have a medical certificate, it is sent to your inbox in the Kry-app your email shortly after the test result is ready.

- RT-PCR test: 1-2 working days
You can find your test result by logging into Helsenorge.no or in the Kry app. If you do not have BankID you will get your result from Kry directly.
The certificate will be sent to you after your test answer is ready, the same day. If the test result is ready at the end of our opening hours, the certificate will be sent to you the morning after.
If you haven’t received your test result within the promised time after the test was taken, please contact our support.
Yes. Inform the health personell when you take the test that you want a certificate. Payment is done at the clinic.
The certificate is written in English and includes the name, date and time of when the test was taken, as well as the type of test taken. We can also include a passport number if required by, for example, airlines.
In order to be issued a travel certificate, your test result must be negative.
It is important that you check the type of test that is required for your purpose.
If you have ordered a certificate, you will receive it in the Kry-app or by email. The certificate will be sent shortly after your test result is ready.
If you have taken a RT-PCR-test, your certificate will be sent the next workday if the test result is ready after 16:00.
