How it works
- Click on "Book appointment" and choose either the first available time or your preferred psychologist.
- Select your preferred time.
- Under "Where will the appointment take place" in the booking, select "Video." You will receive a confirmation shortly.
- Five minutes before the appointment starts, you will receive an SMS or email from Compodium with a link to the video meeting.
Yes, meeting a psychologist via video has as good an effect as in an office. Our subject managers follow the research closely, and update our guidelines accordingly.
Research has shown that the treatment effect for several conditions is the same regardless of whether the help is provided digitally or through a physical meeting.
Many also experience that it is easier with video meetings, as you avoid the journey. That you can also meet your psychologist from a place that feels safe.

Yes you can. All our psychologists speak English.
Your health information is stored in an electronic medical record system called PatientSky. We are obliged to keep this information and it can not be deleted.
Only people who work in Krys services in Norway have access to the information, and only entries will be made in your journal of people who will provide you with health care, administer this health care or do quality checks of the health care.
All logins in your records are logged by the system, and we do regular log checks to check that those who look up the records have a legitimate reason to do so.
