Most regular tests are included. If there is a need for samples that cost more, you will be notified. These can be paid for at the clinic after your appointment.
A doctor's appointment at our clinics lasts for 20 minutes.
If you want to discuss several topics or the consultation is more complex than expected and takes more than 20 minutes, the doctor will book a follow-up appointment for you as soon as possible.
A follow-up appointment costs 495 kr.
Booking an appointment through the Kry app requires login with BankID. If you do not have a BankID, Kry Support can set up an appointment for you.

No Unfortunately. Kry is a private health actor and is not under public agreement.
You must book an appointment before you arrive at the clinic.
Your health information is stored in an electronic medical record system called PatientSky. We are obliged to keep this information and it can not be deleted.
Only people who work in Krys services in Norway have access to the information, and only entries will be made in your journal of people who will provide you with health care, administer this health care or do quality checks of the health care.
All logins in your records are logged by the system, and we do regular log checks to check that those who look up the records have a legitimate reason to do so.
The medical record note will not automatically be available to the GP. If you wish, the doctor forwards the note to the GP.
In some cases where the doctor deems it necessary, the GP can be informed without the patient's consent.
No. Physical consultations are not covered by health insurance, but we do offer a discount for some services. You can find this at on our insurance page.
